Recipes
Common to my recipes is that in addition to being healthy and tasting good, they are also easy to make. I always try to integrate as many vegetables into the food as possible. In part, it is healthy and gives good taste to the food, but it is also a good way to get children and delicate vegetable eaters to eat more vegetables. Most evening meals can be made in larger portions for several days or eaten the next day for lunch.
