Green smoothie
Serves 2
100g frozen broccoli
100g fresh spinach leaves or kale (frozen is fine)
A handful of pineapple cut into cubes (frozen is fine)
Juice from ½ a lemon
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp vanilla powder
1 small handful fresh mint
500ml water/sugar free rice milk
Blend all ingredients and add water until you have the desired texture.
