Bounty balls

Bounty balls

In my opinion, these bounty balls are better than the original Bounty – and they are super easy to make! They contain zero sugar – apart from the dark chocolate coating. An extra bonus is that you will get plenty of coconut fibre for your gut.

Bounty balls

Makes approximately 16

1 tin coconut milk
175g shredded coconut
200g dark chocolate, at least 70%
A bit of vanilla powder
A pinch of salt

Put the coconut milk in the fridge a couple of hours before you want to make the bounty balls.

Then only use the thick cream from the tin,
not the coconut water. Mix the coconut cream with shredded coconut, salt and vanilla powder, and roll the mixture into balls.

Melt the chocolate over a water bath and cover the balls in the chocolate.

Let them dry on a sheet of parchment paper in the fridge.
