  • "Kickstart your healthy lifestyle" is a 4-week group online course for those who want to get the basic tools for a healthier lifestyle and who dream of greater well-being and more energy. The programme can also be the new starting point for you who want to lose a few kilos, but need a healthy push in the right direction.

This is how we start up with your 3-6 months programme

We meet online or in person.

During the first session, we go through the lifestyle parameters that serve as the foundation for your programme and the plan I create for you. Prior to the session, I will ask you to fill out a questionnaire and keep a diet diary for five days. The first consultation lasts about 90 minutes.

When we meet for your second consultation, you receive your personalised plan, which we will go through together. At this point, you are ready to get started.

We regularly schedule additional consultations according to your wishes and needs for follow-up. You can book as many sessions with me as you need during this period, and you can also contact me via email or phone. Together we decide whether we meet online, physically or a combination of both

Throughout the programme, we adjust your plan regularly to make sure that you make progress and meet your goals.

Kickstart your healthy lifestyle

Kickstart your healthy lifestyle” is a 4-week group online programme for you who want to get the basic tools for a healthier lifestyle and who dream increased well-being and more energy.

The programme can also be the new starting point for you who want to lose a few kilos, but need a healthy push in the right direction.

In this 4-week online programme, you get the opportunity to lay the foundation for a healthier lifestyle with a slimmer and stronger body. A closed Facebook Group gives you the opportunity to get support and motivation from the other participants in the same situation as you.

The programme ends with a 30-minute individual consultation with me, where we evaluate your individual situation going forward, enabling you succesfully to continue on your own.

What you get at the 4-week kickstart programme:

  • 4 week online course where you will get knowledge and tools for a healthier and slimmer lifestyle
  • 5 modules with a weekly live session with me where I go through new topics and guide you a step further each week. Your knowledge is built up in a relaxed pace and you have the opportunity to ask questions along the way
  • A closed Facebook group where I answer questions daily and where you and your fellow participants have the opportunity to share with each other
  • Diet plan for each week that you can take with you and use again and again
  • 30-minute individual consultation with me at the end of the course, where we evaluate your results
