These rum balls have a great taste. Loaded with wholemeal from the oats and sweetened with dates, they are perfectly paired with some nuts to satisfy the sweet tooth and keep your blood sugar stable.
Rum balls
16 balls
2-3 tbsp oats
250g dates (soaked in boiling water for a few minutes and then drained)
2-3 tbsp coconut oil
4 tbsp high-quality cocoa
A sprinkle of cinnamon
A sprinkle of vanilla powder
A squeeze of lemon juice
1.5 tbsp rum extract
Blend all ingredients and roll into 16 balls before rolling them in shredded coconut Store in the fridge.
